The salads are really very good for your health and should eat consistently. Unfortunately, however, the junk foods are often the ones that attract most.

Fortunately there are ideas such as those of Japanese food stylist Mitsuki Moriyasu who created the fantastic form of salads from tasty cakes.

All this began as an experiment in a little restaurant in Nagoya menu. The dishes, however, have been so successful that he was born a new local ad hoc, named Vegedeco Cafe, specializing in precisely shaped cake salads.

Each dish is made with colorful layers of vegetables, often inserted between two slices of blades to soybeans and covered then by tofu or creamy cheeses. The aesthetic result is fantastic. The cakes are also made using more and seasonal vegetables, more healthy and tasty.
